Expedited shipping options (e.g., DHL, FedEx) are available at checkout – delivery in 3-7 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method. For bulk B2B orders (pallet or container shipping), please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide from Nanyang, China. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by their destination country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions. If your package has not arrived within 20 business days (standard shipping) or 10 business days (expedited), please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
